Remember that episode when Fitz and Ward went on a wacky adventure to retrieve a dangerous bit of tech and we had that cute moment where Ward threw Fitz's delicious sandwich away? Good times.

When May walks in on Coulson he is on the phone to an agent talking about using dead drops and trying to move up, so when Simmons mentions dead drops to Coulson it is clear that she was on that phone call!
