I liked musketeers but i don't know if it's Shelley's style, big little lies is good, i was thinking of movies coz it's not a big commitment & because there's one in specific i would like her to watch ( it's not really a movie but rather a two parter episode of a tv show

2023-02-10 16:48:05 +0000 UTCLancelot is so fucking cute and hot at the same time he's perfect, the way i just went down a rabbit hole & watched almost every movie or a tv show that Santiago (Lancelot's actor) is in is hilarious, i wish I could show you couple of movies he's in just to appreciate his beauty but that would be two requests a movie & it's probably not worth it but was worth it for me to see his beautiful smile, maybe one day in a movie night on discord the stars align and it happens 🤞, there's one movie especially that he's in that's so charming

2023-02-09 20:21:58 +0000 UTCI love the moment between Merlin and Arthur but, why would he run straight up to that ghost, they very well could stayed on the floor and nothing would have happened, seems dumb but still, love this new Camelot, with Arthur in charge, love to see the knights there and specially love that Lancelot is the one whom Merlin can be free with, and you're right, he is sooo cute! (and hot) So excited for this season, it was my fav episode from the show! cannot wait

There are so many really great episodes, some of my absolute favourites, in this season that I can’t wait to see you react to. And as you picked up on, the show definitely establishes a darker, more serious tone from here on, which I think really helps up the quality of the show. I also think the directing/cinematography stands out in this episode in particular, which really adds to it as well. Alice Troughton is the director, and I always notice whenever she directs an episode as she’s really noticeably good! A note about Emrys: it has been used quite a few times in the show before as another name for Merlin, most notably by the druids and as recently as in the first part of the season 3 finale, when they collect the cup of life from the druids in the cave, and also notably by the young druid boy, Mordred, he helped in season one and two. I think the idea is that it is his kind of ‘spirit’ name, or even ‘true’ name! I knew you would be happy about the band still being together - particularly with Gwaine and Lancelot. You said how cute Lancelot was just as I was thinking the same! Oh and they didn’t change it to the Adventures of Merlin, that is an addition to the title made by some American streaming services/showings of the show for some reason, I’m not completely sure why. The original and actual title is just ‘Merlin’. Anyway so loved your reaction to this one, as always, and loved that you picked up on the change in tone and the general eerieness of this particular episode. Absolutely can’t wait for you to see more!
