It's mentioned in the lore that Urbosa was a friend and semi-big-sister-figure to Zelda since she was a baby, so it made sense to have little games with her like this. Helps that Zelda being the destined wielder of the Triforce Of Wisdom means she's able to act above her age. .... To a point, she still needs help in some areas.
