I love how pleased you always are to see Gwaine, even though he's only been in a few episodes. Me too, me too. That beautiful hair deserves more air time. And I'm so here for Merlin/Gwaine, in any sense. I love how they just got along so well so quickly, and now any time Gwaine sees Merlin he's so ready to do whatever Merlin needs. Huh...that's how it goes in the fanfics too (albeit with slightly different "needs").

Definitely a really plot-developing, exciting story to this one, but I especially like how many nice little character moments they manage to fit in too. The show’s always been good at never losing sight of the relationships we love, even in an action packed episode like this. And your comments about Gwaine and Arthur fighting for Merlin’s affections absolutely got me😭 you are literally me! So yes great episode, but the next episode’s even better!
