I’m not in the online Highlander fandom, so didn’t know there was a group that disavows the S5 twist. I can relate. Gotta love fandoms 🧡

2023-01-13 22:03:26 +0000 UTCI want to reiterate this to Shelley : Highlander the series does not go in the direction that episode after episode Duncan has to help his friends . Joe Dawson doesn't go to him every time to ask him for help for a friend of his, and neither does Charlie, Duncan has his battles to face and still comes to terms with Tessa's death. Tessa is a key character throughout the narrative and you will see her again soon. The story of the watchers and hunters will be developed . The father / son relationship between Duncan and Richie will be developed, there will be other twists, at the end of season 5 there is the twist that traumatized me when I first saw it on TV at 13😜 and all the fans of the series. And that some fans disown (there was even a group of red-shirted Highlander fans, their group disavow that scene for them never existed) so the best is yet to come.

2022-12-28 06:15:16 +0000 UTCHello, of course, I was just saying that it's easier to get discouraged if you watch an episode every month but it's good advice that you give her, if it's the amount of work that's too much, I'll also be satisfied with one episode a month for the moment, I agree , but Shelley must not be discouraged in watching the series because there will be other episodes that perhaps she will not like, if she gets to season 3 she will surely love it too up to 5 at least, unfortunately we are talking about a 1992 series, many young people do not know not even the movie exists, Shelley is one of them, if at least she had seen the first movie, she would have understood that Highlander is mostly about feeling and I think Shelley loves sentimental things a lot.
