Yeah, that's absolutely true. it's why it's always dangerous to draw definitive conclusions from small sample sets. Although ideally you want drivers to be able to adapt to all circumstances

I think if the McLaren had the on-limit tendencies of last year, before the exaggerated antidive geometry was added this year, we'd likely be seeing lando on pole and charging off into the distance. If this regulation period has taught me anything about F1, it's that the driver's form can appear to shift drastically as a result of subtle changes in their cars handling characteristics.

2025-05-06 17:43:53 +0000 UTCThanks for answering the question Edd and a fair and reasonable answer I only ask about the team rankings because with things like Sauber not pitting under the VSC, Red Bull's pit-lane misdemanour and Mercedes seemingly turning up on the pace. Maybe it would be more interesting across a few events rather than every weekend?
