The racing rules say what they say so fair enough but I thought Kimi might have a bit more of a case than Verstappen a couple of weeks ago. Kimi legitimately tried to contest the corner, he would have stayed in the limit of the track had he been able to (i.e. Piastri hadn't ushered him off) whereas Max made zero attempt to stay on the track, he went in too hot so he was "ahead" and could then whine about being "pushed off". I don't have a problem with what Piastri did but the idea that Max's incident with Piastri was more marginal is laughable in my opinion.
