The British Men of Letters is like the Watcher's Council and the Initiative from Buffy combined. Scumbags all of them, with the exception of Mick (RIP). Yeah, their storyline sucks, as does their organization.

Her line to Renny, "No one cares." which is then echoed by Dean right after makes me laugh so much! I was very sad to see Mick go - you're absolutely right; he should have gone with the boys, or at the very least lied about what happened on his report. But they'd done such a number on him, for so long, ever since he was a little kid, just full of gratitude to them that they gave him a home and a sense of belonging. They are heinous. The BMOL are the real monsters here, no doubt! I'm gonna fully admit that Dean looking down the barrel of the Colt and saying, "Welcome back, sweetheart." is both undeniably cool, and undeniably hot, all at the same time. 🤤😄 I'm enjoying going through S12 with you. That boy got a crush. ☺️ Not surprised you are confused about pronunciation. They did say it like *ay-leen* in her first episode and now they say Eileen. So sad that they killed off Mick. Over the last couple episodes they successfully gave him a bit of a redemption arc and then just killed him off. *sigh* Love how you really didn’t care that Renny got shot and killed. He was a stuck up, annoying BMoL asshat, so yeah, whatever.

She has the best line in this episode when she tells that BMOL guy "no one cares" when he states he graduated top of his class lol and sam's proud smile when she said that is everything 🥺, this is an interesting development given sam's words to dean last season "do you ever think about something, not marriage but something with a hunter, someone who understands the life", which is also the season we met Eileen, glad you noticed that Sam asked dean about cas then dean asked Sam about Eileen for... reasons lol, can we talk about the cas & mick Parallels, they're both part of an institution that values obedience and order and rules (BMOL & heaven), they both rebel against that institution because of the winchesters, they both have dark hair blue eyes and wear trenchcoats, like come on! I really like Mick but the show can barely keep one cas, they can't afford two lol, i fucking hate ketch so much, we knew Mary had a crappy taste in men, she was married to John after all but damn girl, i agree that it feels like Mary is running, hiding herself in her work
