Important info for The Race website members who moved to Patreon with a gifted code from us
Added 2025-04-14 19:03:01 +0000 UTCHi - If you have moved across to Patreon from a website membership with a code we sent you over the off-season, this is a reminder that your web membership has not been cancelled.
To check when your gifted code expires, in Patreon go to Settings > Memberships to view details, billing history, and membership tiers. If it says “gifted”, this means you are not paying for your Patreon membership right now, and your original annual website membership will renew when it’s due.
To avoid being charged when your website renewal is up, please log in to your website account on The-Race.com, click 'Profile' in the top menu bar, and then click 'Change' in the box that has your membership details in it. This will give you the option to cancel your renewal.
To then stay with us here on Patreon, you can either wait for your gifted period to expire and then sign up to any tier of your choosing, or you can convert your gifted membership into a paid account. To do this at any time go to Settings > Memberships, then select Extend Membership and you'll be able to add your payment information to opt in to a paid account with us here. If you do this, you will not be charged until your gifted period ends.
** Whatever happens, you will not be automatically charged for anything on Patreon without choosing to add your payment details. **

2025-04-18 06:21:01 +0000 UTCHi Jon, we recently posted a big update about this, which you can find here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/update-on-our-125770865 We've also been sharing smaller updates before and since that post in our main Members' Club community group chat here on Patreon - including recently sharing a direct response we got from Patreon's help desk to show where things had got to. The short version is that Patreon updated the way podcast feeds are fed into other apps, and after a bumpy start everything except the 'all podcasts' Spotify feed is working as normal. You can add individual members-only feeds for each show in the same way you added the original Members' feed, but there is not yet a functioning combined feed. The feed you already have was supposed to morph into this, but for some reason that isn't working yet.
