BBV10s: Counting down Jordan's Top 10 moments

Bring Back V10s pays tribute to the late Eddie Jordan with a special episode looking back at the Jordan team's greatest moments in F1.

Host Glenn Freeman is joined by Ben Anderson and Matt Beer to debate which of Jordan's many highlights during its memorable time in F1 should be considered the brightest and best, charting the team's journey from a newcomer that had to go through pre-qualifying, to a brief title contender by the end of the 1990s before its decline set in during the early years of the 21st century.

As someone on the other side of the fence to Ben, and as someone who got into F1 during 1997 and fully in 1998 and was a Ralf Schumacher fan, at the time I just thought Damon was just some meh old driver who was a bit uselsss (confirmed in my 7 year old mind during 1999) I loathed the team order call especially his one direct to EJ. Obviously in hindsight it was the right thing to do, would have been crazy for them to have battled for it. EJ and Ralf had a much better relationship in the last few years, it was interesting to listen to the episode when Ralf joined EJ and DC on the podcast (well worth a listen too), EJ mentions the Fisi Ralf crash in 1997 as being in his mind when making the order at Spa 1998.

Really enjoyed that trip through memory lane, thanks Glenn, Ben and Matt - and fantastic work in getting this episode pulled together so quickly in tribute to Eddie πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» (and for coming up with a Top 10 which is not completely ludicrous) My own Top 10 Jordan moments (which is total vibes based): 1st) Belgium 1998 2nd) Belgium 1991 (to me Schuey's debut and De Cesaris's near win combine into one iconic Jordan moment for the 191) 3rd) Italy 1999 4th) France 1999 5th) Brazil 2003 (would've been higher but Fisi/Jordan being unable to celebrate the win on the podium on that day sours it for me) 6th) Europe 1999 (didn't include this initially as HHF's retirement in the race was such a crushing blow after taking Pole on Saturday) 7th) Belgium 1994 8th) Canada 1995 (slightly surprised didn't make it in) 9th) Japan 1993 10th) Argentina 1997 (picked this over Germany 1997 as I think this is a race Jordan could well have won, had they not engaged in civil war!) (Pacific 1994 got pushed out of 10th after I retrospectively put in Europe '99)

Beautiful.

β™₯️ Glenn's end statement. Really loved that. I was wondering if Canada 1995 would rank but based on how you described your rank system totally get how it didn't appear.

Surprised barrichello first podium at Aida 1994 didn't make the list
