I love these podcasts - they're like listening to some knowledgeable, well-informed friends having a genuine and respectful chat on F1. I'm only too glad to be able to listen in. If you want teleprompter levels of polish, there's always F1TV - but I've noticed they're usually less insightful and always late to the party, so to speak.
