But the lions share of the complaining that the "Red Bull No. 1 driver" makes doesn't seem to affect their performance (anymore), occasional blowups excepted. If anything it's the above factor that affects Red Bull management judgment, not to mention the history of Red Bull's senior drivers being generally level-headed.

2025-01-21 04:08:13 +0000 UTCIt feels a little unfair that the Red Bull management judge the junior team drivers for being grumpy over the radio, but are ok with their lead driver doing the same. I know there's a difference in achievement and that Max doesn't really let it affect his performance though. Thoughts? Am I missing something?
