2024-05-15 05:34:02 +0000 UTCHey, if the question says: "determine x correct to 2 decimal places" then you have to iterate until the number doesnt change anymore for rounding to 2 decimal places. If you look at the ms of these questions, they give you a table with all values that should have been noted down, so just write down each iteration in a list. But you dont have to show that you substitute back in if you just write it in generic form on top with x_(n+1) = ... * x_n Good luck tmr, same here.

2021-10-31 14:17:24 +0000 UTCheyy so idk if this makes any sense but I've been struggling with question 6 (b) I plugged in a = 3 as x = 3 into the interative formula as shown in the question, but my awnsers are coming out as 3.3067... etc. instead of 4.1244... etc. as shown in you're solutions. Dunno if I'm messing something up with x and a but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
