If you were keeping count, that was 14 days straight of writing/posting one song per day! Some other responsibilities were gathering up on me (I have 3 sponsored YouTube videos I gotta get out this month plus some secret stuff on the horizon) so I'm calling off the streak for now.
That said, I learned so much and absolutely love writing songs like this! I'll likely continue it later and post them publicly.

2024-07-07 23:07:42 +0000 UTCTo be honest I would like u to have album with all these songs in it πΆπ₯° I think I have 10 favorites π Here's short thoughts about all of the 14 snippets: Digital Detox: oddly specific lyrics, but because of that it was very heartwarming and took me back to my childhood, really relatable and beautiful melody. My Kink is True Love: My kink is true love is very clever and relatable way to put it. We Want Different Lives: sad and beautiful, liked the storytelling style. I'm Waiting in Line: groovy as heck and the way u use your vocal range in this one sounds so good π₯π₯°! Real Life: Loving the lyrics and the melody and the "studdering" style in the beginning and the end. When It Ends: sweet relatable and hopeful lyrics and liking the melody. I Choose You: Sweet and cheesy lyrics (in a good way, I mean who wouldn't want to hear such words from their loved ones). Song that makes u smile. Someone You won't call: lyrics and delivery, that makes you feel the pain and sadness. Afraid to Fail: Liking the lyrics a lot, touching and relatable. I'm Too Tired to Do This: U sound great with the Brit pop rock sounding genre plus really relatable. Would like to play this at work π Waterfall: I liked the lyrics a lot. They Said I Couldn't Do It: Another song that makes u smile, even though the lyrics aren't the most happiest. The slide and the playing with the rhythm is great. Stressed Girl: lyrics are so on point, gives hopeful feeling and kinda wakes u up to think stuff. Liked how u used ur voice, for example the down and town... No One Knows What the Hell They are Doing: Your vocal are so π₯ on this one and lyrics on point. Liking the overall playful and artsy jazzy thing that is going on. Sorry for the long comment, but it's impossible to just name few faves π It was really nice to hear that u enjoyed this type of songwriting and yes please, if possible do this again some day, this 14 days was such a treat to us, really appreciate it π₯°

Though difficult to choose, favorites would be (also with clip/emotion of it): Digital Detox, Real Life,Β When it ends, I Choose You, They Said I Couldn't Do It (playful), Stressed Girl (relatable, I guess π also sounds amazing).. but pretty much all of them in their own way.. they're very catchy. Thank you for letting us see your creative process with these, it was super fun!

I Choose You - I love my songs cheesy π« I kept going back to this one for the lyrics (and the head tilt hehe) You look super comfortable in this one too 2. We Want Different Lives - When it comes to conveying deep emotions, you always nailed it fair and square β€οΈβπ©Ή 3. No One Knows - You had me at neo-soul and the vocals are delicious π€πΌ The lyrics sound a bit too preachy for my liking, but that only goes to show how relatable they are to me. I'm just in denial. I want to figure everything out!! haha Honorable mention: * When It Ends - I'm naturally not an outdoor-sy person π but this one is so sentimental and warm. Would love to hear more for sure * They Said I Couldn't Do It - It's casual and cozy with a fun twist. Loved how you sang the "realistic" part so much * I'm Too Tired To Do This - I mean, who can say no to Rocker Roomie π * Afraid To Fail - This one hits hard, and also Jonas ππΌ
