2024-02-24 03:10:34 +0000 UTCI had an idea for a video that might spark something so am dropping it here. Sorry - a lot of details that can be ignored because that is how my mind works. Video idea: Write a song that is good to sync. To start, Joel would talk about what syncing is and give a few famous examples (but maybe not with the audio to avoid claims). (Maybe animation would enhance this part.) After discussing some of the elements that go into a good sync song Joel would explain how he has written a sync song, which elements he has included then show some clips and demonstrate examples of those elements in his song. This next part will take a bit of effort because it would require making three or four videos to show how the song that was written could be synced; for example as an ad, as part of a movie soundtrack, as a TV theme song and maybe even as a Super Bowl performance. The examples could be pulled out as YouTube shorts, Instagram reels and maybe even TikToks to try to attract viewers to songwriting videos on the channel. Just a random idea.
