Took today to mess around with different music production stuff and made this little vibe I'm attaching to this post.
I went through maybe 10 different drum libraries and came to the conclusion that I didn't really like any of them that much, so I'm building my own drum kits :P Takes a bit longer but is very rewarding.
Not gonna write too much today since it's not a workday and I've just been nerding out, but aiming to film at least something for the voice message video tomorrow, so I'm off to the races with that. After all the lighting and camera stuff I think I'm overthinking that a bit, I just gotta get started at some point lol.

And I feel like that's what important to writing, producing songs even if it's still in rough cuts, demos, I do like to see and hear the differences between demos / finished or as other people or more of music trained/ musicians would say is being fully "polished" like. And I enjoyed how the instruments slowly built up in the attachmentโฆ I kept expecting words, and up popped another instrument lol Sometimes I find my self stuck in the details and need to pry myself away to do bigger, but less โthinkingโ projects/work just to get myself back into a forward movement. Then when I look back at the details, the ones that really really needed changed will still bother me, but the others I tend to be like โehโฆ yeah.. that doesnโt matter anymoreโ and I can focus better on the important details instead of ALL THE DETAILS EVERYWHEREโฆ ya know? But Iโm glad youโre just seeming like youโre mentally diving in and enjoying the process
