DON'T PUT THE .BLEND FILE IN YOUR MODS FOLDER. THIS FILE IS MADE FOR BLENDER ONLY.

when using simripper the mesh might get distorted and the texture might not end up looking right. so in order for the accessory to work properly while rendering, download the blender file below and append it in blender. follow this tutorial if you need help (credits to pinkpusay ♥)

if the accessory don't fit the body properly while rendering, you can adjust it by going on edit mode (press the TAB key), enabling 'Toggle X-Ray' (see picture below), selecting the accessory you want to fix by pressing the B key. then press the G key to move it around.
