I love Misty Escape, it's not a spell so it can't be Counterspelled or stopped with Silence, and you can trigger it whenever you like if you do any number of things that would do 1 point of damage to yourself, like biting your lip or punching a wall, no jail cell you can see out of can hold you, and if you walk out of sight before you reappear, they might think you completely teleported away
