It was very early days in my career(2016?) I mostly worked on all the Amazonian army and covering continuity during the incredible stunts that happened. Their armour kept chipping or I had to cover dust resetting when they filmed a death scene. Onset work which is not what I primarily do now. Y'know, 2 months of work for the 15 seconds it was on the cinematic release 🤣 When you brought up Cosby I said out loud on the tube "good shout". Obviously what they did is very different, but it still changes the tone and the idea that everyone was havig fun and loving life on the show... It also makes certain jokes and things have a second meaning and it just ultimately makes me sad now, as I'm sure Cosby does for you... I was at the wrap party for JL and remember seeing Ray Fisher... (This was before Whedon had been brought on) he was so full of joy... Snyder is no saint, and his take on women is controversial at best, but Fisher just seemed so pleased to be part of that movie...at least that was my take on the whole thing! But honestly, for a guy who's written countless scripts and one of the greatest "I'm not a good man, but you make me want to be" speech... Whedon's appologies are so pathetic. You should read the letter his ex-wife released.... That I don't think he's addressed yet... 😒 Anyway, I love you guys and I love that you talk about this stuff (as well as make epic campaigns) so please don't be big time assholes... 😅 [/essay]

I (Jeremy) have felt similarly about stuff like The Cosby Show, which was ultimately a collaborative effort but which still is inseparable from Cosby himself. That kind of situation is why we'd been wanting to do an episode on this topic for a long time. That's really cool that you worked on Justice League! What costumes did you work on?

2022-03-10 17:13:01 +0000 UTCThank you for doing this post. It's a big personal one for me... Buffy was a huge part of my world, I was a giant fan of Joss and his work and it's a big part of my love of film media in general. DC is also a huge part of my world and ... Justice League was one of the first feature films I worked on when I started my career in costume effects.... I wasn't there when Joss took over... And the stuff with his wife had been released by that point.... But I struggle to watch Buffy now which SUCKS because he was the show runner yes. But there was such an amazing welth of talent on the writers team and the directors and some amazing women who went on to do things like Gilmore girls and Grey's anatomy.... it's so hard
