Quick post to say I had a GREAT eclipse from Northern Vermont! Here's a still from a video I was taking during it. I am taking a quick break (a couple days) to recharge and then will work on an advanced processing tutorial using my 2024 Eclipse data (177 GB in total!) I've already posted a basic processing tutorial with my 2017 Eclipse data here: https://youtu.be/ILi9qcfp_dE
Also wanted to mention that next week you can meet me in person at NEAIC/NEAF. I'll be there for both events and teaching a workshop on using free processing software (Siril/GIMP) for nebula processing at NEAIC on Thursday evening. More info on NEAIC here: https://www.neafexpo.com/copy-of-neaic and NEAF here: https://www.neafexpo.com/
On Saturday, April 20th at 3pm, I will be on the lawn right by the Solar Imaging Party for an informal Nebula Photos Meet-up. I'll have some snacks/drinks, and the purpose is just to have some time for people who are attending NEAF and are members of the Nebula Photos Patreon community to all meet each other in-person. If it's raining, we will meet in the Mezzanine next to the Celestron Theater instead. Hope to see some of you there! I'll send a reminder next week.
