I'm so late because I only just listened to this episode but it was SO SO GOOD!!!! I'm caught up on the actual play there's just a few eps here and there that I missed. I was starting to mix bread dough while listening to this episode and it was the BEST! Love love love Unati's passion for food and all of Jeremy's research.
