I think that is a feature of iOS - when it sees a plain text link, phone number or tracking number, it auto-magically turns them into clickable links. On desktop, they still aren't clickable. I think patreon does this to avoid spam, but I with I could turn it off/on since my patreon community doesn't seem to have any spammers.
