Been about a week back in the gym. Definitely a ways to go and behind where I once was but it’s all good. These things happen and gains come and go. I’m going to work on getting my strength and fullness back and I really want to focus on leaning out. Last year I did a bulk in the summer and cut in the winter and I want to reverse that for sure.
So time to get summer ready!
