Regardless on how she rules this, there's a lot of pressure to get this right. If she sides with Emile and is wrong, then she's let a child molester get away with it and enabling them to do it again. If she sides with Rio and is wrong, she's ruined the life of an innocent man by branding him as a child molester and perpetuated a very harmful trend towards queer people. This really feels like a no win situation for her
