2025-10-10 11:42:24 +0000 UTCIf I remember my first aid training, you faint due to not enough oxygen getting to your brain due to reduced blood flow, presumably because it has been redirected when needed elsewhere. So you raise the legs to return the blood to the brain. Having watched this video, I think I may know what caused this to happen, and I expect there to be a lot of people feeling lightheaded after watching it too! I can't think of a better person to care for us.π₯°
