Hey Laura, maybe we can inspire each other and share how much we ended up getting done over the weekend. I'm hoping in between organizing breaks to get some strawberries to dehydrate and find some 55 gallon plastic barrels to plant some sweet potato slips in between now and Tuesday. Hope you have a productive weekend as well.

I am so unorganized too lol. That's my goal this long holiday weekend. Canning meet & organizing preps. Thanks for the info!

AP, you have great organizational skills. Great job on your vehicle. Now that you've completed that task, want to come to my house and get me all organized? I live at@#$%$# - HAHA. I was unable to find the Khazana foods when I looked on the COSTCO website, however I am including a link to Basmati rice that I did find online at Amazon by Khazana that would be good for diabetics it seems. On the packaging they say it is good for diabetics as it has a low glycemic index: https://www.amazon.com/Khazana-Ideal-Diabetics-Parboiled-Basmati/dp/B07618HX7Z/ref=sr_1_5?crid=QJUTA4IECG4N&keywords=khazana+basmati+rice+20+lbs&qid=1653705774&sprefix=khazana%2Caps%2C826&sr=8-5 The price on Amazon for the flour was about $60. I have gone to the Eastern Grocery stores when I visit surrounding areas. I find them to be pretty common in a lot of places. Actually, this past fall I purchased some products by a different brand, but they were all vacuum sealed and at this point most of those items have held their seal. The only problem I find when I shop in the stores is that you have to read the expiration dates carefully as some products on the shelf may be nearing or have already past their BB Date. They truly have great prices on spices and pretty much every spice under the sun. It's my hobby to search out such stores whenever I go places and many of them carry a combination of Oriental products as well.
