I am so sick and tired of bloggers beating moms over the head about not having sufficient baby formula on hand, ergo they are "failed preppers". Before you spoke the words about your own situation, I was thinking the same thing! Parents don't know what formula their little one is going to need until they need it. Some may come out the womb needing formula, others may need it a bit later and even then, the formula may have to be changed. I just had to set a friend straight who should have known better and commented, "they need to breast feed". Well, if that were possible in EVERY case, how come back in the day there were "wet nurses" before there was formula? Sometimes I think the self-righteous attitude of preppers shall be our own downfall, without the fools out there ever having to fire a shot. There are some things in life you cannot stockpile and I think the good Lord made it that way so that ultimately our dependence is upon Him.
