ooops---AP you done gone too far! You just touched on people's gods (with a little G) when you start touching on ALL the facts of history. Your pointing out the truths about Franklin D. Roosevelt was great. Unfortunately, I think we put too many of our leaders on a pedestal including present day "leaders". Remember, history is written by the victor. This whole Democrat/Republican dichotomy is a joke. Two wings of the same bird. As George Carlin said, "It's one big club and you ain't in it." I have family members who absolutely "love" the way our tax dollars are being spent and buy the official narrative of Dem vs Repub. I have just stopped arguing the point. I wonder what the unwoke will do when truth actually hits them in the face. I guess they will just duck and put their heads in the sand and their butts in the air.
