In the Navy we had a saying that went something like this as best I can remember: "When a person got promoted to Commander they take away your spine, when they got promoted to Captain (equiv. to Colonel in the other services) they take away your guts, and when they got promoted to Admiral they give you a little box with your brain stem in it!" And by the way, Naval (Military) Intelligence is an oxymoron, just like jumbo shrimp! LMBO.
