oh Rudy one other thought before I forget, have you freeze dried the frozen Ore-Ida hash browns from Costco yet? I usually dehydrate them. They don't have sulfides.

Idea's for saving Canning Jar Rings, First one I saw was a modified Christmas wreath door hook that was bent upward. And I was thinking that after seeing a plastic compartment with pillar post that it would be easy to Make a small wall shelf with dowel pegs _|_|_|_|_ either Horizontal or vertical to mount on the wall beside the canning shelf or hooked onto the joining columns if you are using metal shelving, if wooden columns you might use secured anchor screws to attach. Just thinking I have 3 bags and 2 boxes of rings.
