I never get to the live stream but someone asked the question about what is the best canned chicken. Well outside of "AP's home canned", I would say either Sam's Club or COSTCO. Just this past week I had the opportunity to test out Walmart's house brand because their's is cheaper and I wanted to try it out before making a big purchase. Boy am I glad I did! The difference is Walmart's is Chicken Breast AND Rib Meat. COSTCO and Sam's is breast meat only. I find I can use it just as I would tuna. I just don't like all the mystery meat that makes up the "rib" meat. Just beware that there is a difference between all breast meat and breast with rib meat.
