CANNED GOODS LEFT FOR TOO LONG IN YOUR PANTRY CAN BECOME DEADLY

Comments

Bummer. I just placed an order with Nutrient Survival before I watched this video. I have lost 5 pounds after trying this product for the last 10 days. I also notice an increase in my energy levels and a decrease in my sugar cravings. My Mom used to can when I was a kid and we never got sick if the item was over a year old. Blessings to all.

Good to Go

Used to be that green beans were the most dangerous home-canned item, being contaminated with botulism not infrequently. I believe this was before pressure-canning was required for them. Water bath canning is not adequate for green beans, of all things, and other low-acid foods, as well. Follow directions, the most recent canning book, please, to be safe. As to keeping such foods only one year - PFT - nonsense, as our good friend AP says.
