Throwing people out with no real time to find a home sickens me to the core. They are given too much power over other peoples lives, it's gross. I want to say, find somewhere to own your own land, but that's easier said than done. And it's not a first world problem. It's everywhere and impacts the poor the most. Not saying you're poor, but imagine if you're in a poor area, working 2-3 jobs to make ends meet with children in tow and the landLORD says, "You gotta go". It's nonsense. Anyways, you'll find your way and your place. It can take time and patience but you'll get there. You're far too amazing not to. Lift you're chin, dry you're eyes and set them on your destination. Just remember, no matter where you go, there you are.

Almost all apartments and houses are owned by property owners / companies if you want to rent. The rent per month is around between 1-10 thousand Swedish kronor for an apartment with 2 rooms. The number 2 is basically a sign that your bedroom and living room separately and not all in one room like 1. But if you do not want to rent, you can also buy apartments. Then you are allowed to renovate because you own the apartment as a regular house. (Not sure what the price is in dollars. And also not sure if someone understood what I was saying with 1/2 etc. Just complicated to explain😅) Anyway, it sounds really tough! Sometimes things unfortunately take a little too much time but I know that in the end everything will work out! As I usually say: all problems are there to be solved! ❤️ I think it's very nice to hear how you really are! We may not all be able to do exactly everything better, but just a little smile behind the screen is enough! Just as you support us all, we will support you and even more! ❤️ Hug Ida. 🥰

2021-06-09 20:32:54 +0000 UTCHallo Gina, das tut mir leid zu hören, bei uns in Deutschland heißt das ja "Eigenbedarf" des Eigentümers, da hat man wirklich schlechte Karten. Und die Preise sind, nicht zuletzt wegen Corona mächtig gestiegen, auch für das Eigentum. Aber irgendwann muß man sich entscheiden, unabhängig zu sein vom Wohnort oder selbst bauen und unabhängig sein vom Vermieter. Preislich ist es natürlich in Deutschland oder Österreich deutlich günstiger als in der schönen Schweiz. Sei lieb gegrüßt von Martin
