Also, as a perk to all of those who are patrons, I have decided that you can ask me any question you like and I will upload a video response here to the Patreon from here on out. After enough time passes, if the questions are interesting enough, I will upload a copy of them as shorts to YouTube!

Hey Daniel, any advice for first time organizers? I've started groups, had meetings, we decided what we are going to do but when it comes down to people keeping promises and committing, it always falls through. It's very discouraging. Any advice would be helpful.
