The next series! A Modern Anarchism

Hey everyone! The next project I am working on for the channel is a multi-part series, this time about synthesizing a modern anarchism. Appropriately, its working title is A Modern Anarchism. I have decided that I am going to split it up into three pieces, each covering a different aspect. They are:

All three parts are simultaneously being written, although the majority of my current work is on part 1. Part 1 is going to pull together influences from a very large range of authors and traditions, including anarcha-feminism, systems analysis, intersectionality, social ecology, queer theory, and more. If you click through to part 1, you can see that, though there is a lot of material in place, it is quite chaotic at the time I am posting this. If you keep an eye on that document, you will be able to see it evolve in the coming week or so, into its completed form. 

Part 2, you will see is quite sparse. It was essentially put together by me cutting out all the portions from the first video which referenced anarchy as a form of society, because I felt that there was actually a lot to be said about that, that has not been said before. This video will utilize the study of systems theory, complex adaptive systems, emergence, as well as, obviously, the work of the classical anarchists on the topic.

One can see that a LOT has been typed into part 3 already. That is because it is actually a collaborative project and I already have several people looking at it. It will ultimately probably be the efforts of four or five people in total. It may, itself, end up being a multi-part series at the rate it has already expanded. It will essentially be a more tactical version of Constructing the Revolution, but also laying out an organizational form (especifismo) and a variety of approaches (insurrection, communalism, prefiguration, etc...).

I would say current progress on script completion for each part is (roughly):

Part 1: 75%

Part 2: 10%

Part 3: 50%

I will obviously keep you all up to date as this huge project continues on. 

Oh, and lastly, I am working on a new channel intro that will be animated by Airidescence! The script for that is actually in a pretty good place and I may be able to record it pretty soon.
