Hi Gina, Last year for Christmas you did the advent calendar videos and one day you featured the Toblerone chocolate. I found it here in Colorado so I had to try it. Being that I am a true chocoholic I can say it was pretty good. I try to indulge in dark chocolate when it is a choice because there are actually many health benefits

Ahhhh I’m so excited you responded to my comment, I watch ALL of your videos I have for years now. You have helped me so much and made me smile on days I couldn’t smile very easily. Thank you for being YOU! And thank you for responding to my questions- I’m going to try switching my workouts to mornings. Also doing more low carbs. I can try and look up your enneagram number, it’s like a test you do based on your personality! I wondered if we could be the same because I relate so much to you! There is a book called “The Road Back To You” that may help you know or you can take a test online!

To your questions 👌🏻 Usually I do intermittent fasting, my window is between 12-16 or 17 right now. I don’t do carb cycling. I‘m on a ketogenic/carnivore diet. I eat carbs like honey, sweet potatoes, berries or carrots (or as you see sometimes in my ASMR videos) I usually eat carbs 1-3 times a month. I usually do my workout in the morning because I feel better (and have more energy) when my stomach is empty. When I don’t have time I just don’t eat 2-4 hours before my workout. I had to get used to it 😉 I don’t even know my enneagram number 😯 can you find that out for me? Maybe?

Hi Gina! I love love love you! I wondered if you could do a Q & A ASMR soon? That would be 😊 amazing! I have a few questions I’ll put in here: I know you do fasting- what kind of fasting do you do? Which method: the 16:8? Do you do Carb cycling? Do you do multiple cheat days or one cheat day? Do you always eat low carb? What time do you usually workout? I just started fasting and am thinking to change my workouts to the morning but not sure I’ll have energy before I break my fast. What enneagram number are you?
