WEEKLY UPDATE #1: REBUILDING THE DOJO

hey patrons! pluto here with our first weekly update for the development of stickfigurez!

there really isn't much to go over this week, because i spent the ENTIRE 7 days finalizing the visual style for the stages/backgrounds, and then took that style and recreated hyun's dojo into a much more satisfying scene. while it's still not completed, i think it's shaping up to be really beautiful, and i'm happy that i can get so far in only a few days. most stages won't be as complicated, and now that i understand the style and theme i'm going for, creating the rest shouldn't be too difficult!

below are some development screenshots, as well as a before and after comparison, just to give you an idea how far the dojo has come in a week! i still need to create the rocky underside, as well as add some darker areas to the trees, and a few more details scattered throughout the stage, but we're getting there :))

this week i'll be focusing purely on micwizard, the 4th playable character in stickfigurez. expect next week's update to be gameplay focused :)) thank you all so much for your support for stickfigurez!
