agree- should not need a license . Also, this may sound "extreme" and probably few would agree, but I feel if a person is living in the free world, no one should be subject to "background" checks to log every time you purchase self defense items. I realize this means possibly criminals may obtain (they do already) however, why doesn't anyone ask why they're out running around in public still and not in jail? If they were released, why are they not now free? At some point, there will be insane things that make one suddenly a "criminal" so they can then add you to the list of prohibited persons. Just thinking out loud and into the near future. And to add, of course I don't want dangerous people to have certain things, but ...why are true criminals who harm others always released so soon where others "guilty" of minor infractions that are new govt mandates and stupid new anti constitutional laws punished and made into criminals when they really aren't?
