As a crop farmer, I can tell you that those huge grain store metal bins cost upwards of a million dollars each to build, not counting the stored crops, mostly corn, that were destroyed. Those farmers will NOT get the federal money help they need to rebuild. That's not counting the barns, houses, etc. I feel TERRIBLE for these people!

Everyone should start learning how to grow some of their own food while the pressure to do so is still low. Also, keep putting away your own personal backup food reserve for the hard times ahead.

I would also use opportunities as they arise to maybe plant some seeds in their heads as to why it is so important to prep. Many blessings to you and your Family.
