DoTerra makes a bunch of different essential oil mixes. I bought several bottles of the one called "Breathe". GREAT to open up sinuses and helps clear lungs when in steaming water. The device you are talking about is called a "Pulse Oximeter". You can get those for less than $20 on a lot of sites. I would also get a decent thermometer, besides the blood pressure kit.

Vitamin K2 helps everything you are taking work better. Good addition to your stash AP. I looked for 10,000 vitamin D3 here and it was all gone, could only get the smaller strengths.
