The layers are really clear but still have enough going on at once to be disorienting in a good way. As always the file has that great touch of really practical suggestions that helps me to just follow along naturally. I've come to suspect that the perspective you have from actually having un-pottytrained yourself helps a lot in knowing what someone actually needs to hear and do to pull it off successfully.
