That's funny cause I actually dislike how the cum look in that model, I usually add cum outside of SD cause it has issues with larger volumes unless you force it too much but that ruins other things. After I did the outside work I usually just inpaint it a couple times to make sure it blends in well and doesn't have a "photoshopped" look
