I'm a big fan of progressive, unintentional loss of control. Something along the lines of getting caught in diapers and being forced to continually use them and then she slowly becomes more and more diaper dependent until she's stuck in them for need.

She seeks a therapist for help. Through asking some questions the therapist has some suspicion that her patient does not realize she is an ABDL. After asking her to her tell her about one of her dreams half way through she wets herself right then in there. The therapist sees this as an opportunity to give her the full ABDL experience that she didn't know she was missing.
