Friday is MY day! Here's what I got done this week:

Added a depth bonus multiplier for wine in story mode (+0.1 every 100 grape meters)
Fixed a bug in the Gallery in which looping back to the first image caused weird behavior in going to the next/previous photo.
Released 1.4.3!

Are they gone? Excellent! So I added a depth bonus multiplier which will multiply the wine you earned that round by 0.1 every 100 grape meters. For example, say you reached a depth of 580 and got 150 wine before dying. The multiplier would be x1.5 and you'd get an additional 75 wine (150 x 1.5 - 150).

Aaaaand now the Excavation upgrade actually has a purpose! I should have thought to implement this feature quite a while ago. But hey, better late than never! :P

Other than that, it was just some bug fixing and releasing the update. I guess you could say I was "preoccupied" with "something else".

Now then, I need to move my fat cat off my exercise bike (there's some kind of irony there) so I can exercise, myself. All this Taco Bell is going straight to my thighs! I'll see you guys again next week!
