Because it adds an air of mystery as to how the final drawing will turn out! What imaginative ideas could be masked behind the charade of these simple, lifeless mannequins, their purpose veiled behind unknown meanings? What changes will they undergo in their journey to the surface of reality?
And also because my sketching skills are doo-doo.
