Tier Changes

The polls have spoken! Here's a list of the changes I've made to my Patreon:
- The $20 tier has been removed
- The $5 tier now has access to play games while they're still in development
- The $1 tier now has access to status updates
- The names and descriptions of each tier have been changed around to match the changes
This also means a change in how public releases will be handled. Public releases will only occur when the game is fully complete.
To my patrons, I urge you to look at the changes and decide if you'd like to change your tier or stick with it. The last thing I want is for you guys to be blindsided by this.
Finally, a big thank you to everyone who's been giving me constructive feedback on stuff like this! It helps tremendously to hear your honest thoughts on both my games and my Patreon! :)
