December 2022 and Year 2022 Update

Photos: These photos in my update are meant to be an exercise in getting me to explore things around me more and try to get into an art I used to love and practice alot. Being sick this month, I didn't really get to do to much of that. Still have something to show atleast~ Up first is a photo of a visit in October to New Mexico's Carlsbad Caverns. Kinda hard to wrap what exactly is going on in that hectic photo but it's a place that's really hard to picture how huge it is. Next is a sample of art from each month this year. Finally is that I've created a few All Tiddy is Good Tiddy shirts; atleast I got to do some screen printing before I got sick.

I've given a bit of the happenings this month right on this post. I had 2 weeks off from work. I had hoped to hit art making hard during that time. Catch up greatly on my backlog and show the next parts of a few short stories. Instead I spent it hacking, coughing, and barely able to sleep from a incredibly sore throat. Best laid plans, I guess.

Not that it needs to be said, but I'm pretty upset and bummed out that I didn't get to do my plans. With only a few days clean at the end of the month, I did get to raise the amount of images made (alt included) to about 54.

I did get to fiddle more with the new updated character rig I showed off last month to request tier members. It's not nearly ready as the fun bits don't work right, but I am converting a character that's relatively safe to upgrade into that. Probably best known as the gentleman to knock up Vanessa back in May. Here's a sneak at his updated model. (alt included in attachments)

It's not 100% there yet, but he's now more detailed in his (unfortunate) fleshy pectorals. This will allow me to do a smallish character arc for him. If you're unaware, he's also been somewhat involved with our resident busty boy. Even getting a chance to meet him last month. 

So now for some 2022 updates.

Drumroll....

I made over 600 images throughout the year of 2022. It could be closer to 700, but that's pretty awesome! That's an average of around 50 images a month. I don't remember the exact amount, but I'm sure that blows the hell out of 2021, 2020, and 2019's poor numbers. Nice.

Thank you all. I do really want to attribute to the growth of support and kind words of people who enjoy my work. I've said before, I don't intend on stopping and I'm gonna try to kick 2022's numbers butt in 2023. 

I think that's not unfeasible with my health being looked after. This (ignoring tragedies) has been a good year for personal growth with my health and my art. 

So to summary with a few resolutions:

1. ) keep pushing to pick up my health.

2. ) Catch up on the backlog

3. ) Chat it up more with people, maybe even stream to put myself out there. 

I think those are doable as well as not outside of my reach. I do hope, as a final point, that my art still finds people who enjoy it and continues to grow. I still dream of doing this full time, but small steps. Don't force myself to do a post a day, but do my best to work a bit more and more on my art.
