Agreed. I love the Timeless. Tuning is excellent. Tech is great too. Excellent value. One of my favorites for sure. But you're also right about the fit/shape. Looks to me like they don't need to be round but that they made the top round for visual design. I've even thought about grinding down the cap plate to meet the more ergonomic shape behind it.
