Wrong Color? Not a problem!

You know this problem. Sometimes different bodyparts have differents colors on photo. It depends on light, natural skin color etc. For example, here. Her hands are a bit too red, it doesn't look good comparing to her face.

1. Duplicate layer. Hide the top one.

2. Add a little bit of brightness on bottom layer, and work with levels (or curves) to add some green, for example. Think only about her hand, don't care about the whole image.

3. Turn on top layer. Use soft eraser (strength about 10%) on her hands untel it looks good.

4. Adjust brightness if yoou need.

5. Merge layers. Compare before and after :)

I love this idea of working with simple raster layers.. No masks, adjustmentlayers or smartobjects.. my brain will explode trying to adapt some of this into my workflow haha.. thanks again!
