Allow requesting of specific content

The question is, should we allow shemale (futanari) girls for our monthly skethes. So even when it comes to fully clothed girl, there will be a 'feature' (like here)
Also not sure if it should be considered as NSFW content, will think about it after the poll, but anyway, there will be very few of such request.
Technically we don't mind it, but some of you may disagree with addition of such content.
